1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Velor website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products
All products sold by Velor are intended strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other application outside of controlled research environments. Purchasers assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@velorpeptide.com
4. Ordering & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we will send an order confirmation email upon receipt. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payments are processed through PayGate, a hosted checkout provider. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA / bank transfer, and cryptocurrency, subject to availability. Velor does not store full payment card details; all sensitive payment data is handled by the external payment provider.
Unpaid order reservations expire after 1 hour. If payment is not completed within that window, reserved stock may be released and the order cancelled. You may need to place a new order if this occurs.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier. You can track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page. For full shipping details see our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the research-only nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@velorpeptide.com with photographs. We will assess each case individually. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Velor brand, logos, product images, descriptions, and copy — is the exclusive property of Velor and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Velor. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders and close accounts if this condition is not met.
10. Legal Compliance & User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any products you purchase from Velor comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your country, state, province, or jurisdiction. Velor does not guarantee that any product is legal in your location, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of any product for any particular use or in any particular jurisdiction.
It is your responsibility to:
- Verify the legality of the products in your jurisdiction before placing an order
- Obtain any required permits, licences, or authorisations prior to purchase
- Comply with all import, export, and customs regulations applicable to your order
- Ensure the products are used only in accordance with all applicable laws
Velor shall not be held liable for any legal consequences, fines, penalties, seizures, or other adverse outcomes arising from your purchase, possession, import, or use of any product. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have verified the legality of the ordered products in your jurisdiction and that you accept full legal responsibility.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Velor is registered. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent EU courts.
12. Affiliate Program
Velor offers an affiliate program that allows approved participants to earn commissions on qualifying referral purchases. Participation is subject to the following conditions:
- Affiliates must apply and be approved before earning commissions
- Referral attribution is tracked via cookies with a 30-day attribution window
- Commissions are calculated on product revenue after discounts (excluding shipping) and are subject to a hold period before becoming available for withdrawal
- Self-referrals, coupon abuse, misleading advertising, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
- Velor reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or terminate the affiliate program at any time
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
