How to Reconstitute Peptides

  1. Allow the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature before mixing.
  2. Using a sterile syringe, slowly inject the calculated volume of bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial — do not spray directly onto the powder.
  3. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously as this can damage the peptide structure.
  4. Once reconstituted, use the calculator above to determine the correct injection volume for your desired dose.

Storage Tips

  • Store unreconstituted peptides in a freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage, or refrigerated (2–8 °C) for short-term use.
  • Reconstituted peptides should always be refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within 30 days.
  • Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — aliquot into smaller portions if needed.
  • Keep vials away from direct light and excessive heat.
