Shipping Zones & Rates
We currently ship across Europe. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking page. You can also view tracking details from your account on the Order Tracking page.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Carriers will typically attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful:
- The package may be held at a local collection point for up to 7 days.
- You will be notified by the carrier with collection instructions.
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Customs & Import Duties
Germany and EU orders ship from within the EU and do not incur customs duties. Orders to European destinations outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which remain the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@velorpeptide.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly. Please report damaged deliveries within 48 hours of receipt.
